SIWA Refund & Returns Policy
At SIWA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@thesiwaman.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? Let us know when you request your return — we'll prioritize getting the right piece to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error on our part.
