Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Kenya.

Delivery fees

• Ksh 400 flat fee anywhere in Kenya.
• FREE delivery on orders of Ksh 5,000 or more. This is applied automatically at checkout.

How delivery works

1. After you order, we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery location and a convenient delivery day.
2. When your order is on its way, we'll let you know so you can be available to receive it.
3. For cash on delivery orders, please have the full amount ready (cash or M-Pesa) when your order arrives.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location. We'll give you an expected delivery day when we confirm your order.

If we can't reach you

If our rider can't reach you on the number you provided, we'll try to rearrange delivery. Orders that can't be delivered after repeated attempts may be cancelled.

Wrong details

Please double-check your phone number and delivery location at checkout. If anything is wrong, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
