Siwa Man Terms of Service

Welcome to Siwa Man. By using thesiwaman.com or placing an order with us (online, on WhatsApp or by phone), you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Siwa Man ("we", "us", "our") sells men's jewellery and accessories in Kenya through thesiwaman.com and our WhatsApp channel. These terms govern your use of the site and any purchase you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Slight differences in colour or finish can occur, especially with copper and plated pieces.
  • We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach you to confirm delivery.

4. Orders and payment

  • We accept M-Pesa, card payments, and cash on delivery.
  • After you order, we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. Your order is confirmed once we have spoken to you.
  • For cash on delivery orders, payment is due in full when the item is handed to you. For higher-value orders we may ask for a deposit via M-Pesa before dispatch.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either offer an alternative or refund any amount you have paid.

5. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Kenya. Delivery fees and details are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, photos and text, belongs to Siwa Man and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information or orders, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Siwa Man is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
